This has been a sort of unspoken rule in the guild and it goes for pretty much any guild. If you have a problem with any guildmate you may issue a complaint with one of the officers. I have asked the officers that they start logging (no, the log will not be public

) the complaints that they receive so that we can have a sort of overview. I wanted to add a bit of structure so that it didn't seem like complaining to an officer was like shouting into the wind.
If you have a complaint about a Bunny please state who you are complaining about, what you are complaining about, when it happened and why it offended you (this may be completely obvious, but it may not be). If the officer feels that the complaint has merit then they will discuss it with that person (names will not be used). The officer you report to may not feel that your complaint has merit, but either way it will be logged and viewed by the other officers. If any of the other officers feel that it deserves to be discussed with the "offender" then they will do so. We will use the log of complaints to collectively decide whether or not further action needs to be taken.
I don't want anyone to think that they won't ever be able to talk in guild chat again because they might get 20 people complaining that they said the word "poop" and get kicked from the guild. There is no set amount of complaints to trigger any sort of action taken by the officers. The most that will happen from a single complaint is a warning from an officer, but it is also possible to have had several complaints against you and never hear from any of us.
Issuers of complaints will not be updated as to the status of their complaint, so I don't want to be whispered every day for a week asking, "Did you talk to them yet?!" If any of the officers felt that it was necessary to have a discussion with someone, then the answer is yes. If none of the officers felt any action was necessary, then the answer is no.
